Ms. Pino founded the firm in February, 1992 as a woman-owned business specializing in residential real estate services. Hopson-Pino, Inc. has evolved into a full service real estate firm specializing in advisory, appraisal, brokerage, development, and management services. Real estate services are provided for all residential and commercial properties.  Ms. Pino's primary focus is the appraisal of residential property, with a concentration in the high end residential market. Ms. Pino has been involved in real estate appraisal for over twenty years, providing a variety of valuation and evaluation services to corporate, private and public clients throughout eastern Massachusetts.
