  Brenda Clarke Principal Broker   Brenda has built her success in commercial real estate on a solid background of over twenty years in public relations and economic development. Her portfolio includes experience in recruiting new business to the Johnson City area through the Economic Development Board, locating sites for retail centers from 10,000 to 400,000 sf with participation in the successful lease-ups, along with industrial site location, build-to-suit leasing, land assemblage for large projects, and sales and leasing of undeveloped properties. Brenda's ability to think "outside the box" has contributed to her success in bringing buyers and sellers together. A native of the area, Brenda's in-depth knowledge of the MSA qualifies her to serve her customers as either a buyer?s agent or a seller's agent. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Chamber of Commerce Business Education Council, the Tusculum College President?s Advisory Council, The Johnson City Economic Summit Planning Committee, and is 2009-10 Chairman of the Johnson City Regional Planning Commission.
