Mr. Lacy graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake Degree 1990 B.S. ~ American Jurisprudence from the School of Business and Public Administration. He is a licensed Texas Realtor® TREC No. 610368, a licensed Texas Property Tax Consultant TDLR No. 11052, residing in Harris County for 45 years and is a homeowner living in Spring, Texas for over nine years.
